My Mother, Florence, lived in
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
all of her life.
So, her fondest memories growing up
was going to the Saturday afternoon matinees, every week, thru the
20's, 30's & 40's.
There was a theatre, right next door,
to the block my Grandmother managed.

She would tell me stories of the
exciting chapter serials, followed
by an action movie every week.
It used to cost her 5 cents to go.

My first experience with Tarzan
was watching a late movie,
with my Mom when I was very small.
